巨厚煤层全煤巷道破坏机理及注浆效果数值模拟-中国矿业114网

巨厚煤层全煤巷道破坏机理及注浆效果数值模拟

对于几十米、甚至高达几百米巨厚煤层,巷道全部位于煤层当中,由于煤层多 松软、破碎,在煤层深部没 有稳定的锚固基点,锚杆(索)的锚固力较差。本研究针对新疆准东矿巨厚煤层全煤巷 道复杂地质特征,结合室内岩 石力学实验并借助有限差分软件FLAC3D对注浆效果进行了数值仿真模拟。分析结 果表明注浆对松软破碎的煤岩体 有很好的加固效果,能大范围提高围岩力学参数,从而提高锚杆(索)的可锚性,抑制 围岩塑性区向深部发展,控制围 岩变形。将浆液在煤岩体裂隙中扩散范围定义为“注浆加固体等效层”,分别模拟了1 、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0、4.0m等6 种不同的浆液扩散...
